Return and Refund

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

You will also need to have your tax receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the customer will bear the shipping costs of the product to warehouses, unless the product is damaged or not as described.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. To initiate a return, you can contact us at streetzone.srl@gmail.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package.

Products returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong product so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.

Exchanges The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the product you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and record your refund.
